Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 5th December, 2022, until 17:00 on 6th December, 2022, is to impose a temporary prohibition of traverse on the footpath on Carlin Terrace from the front of number 1 Carlin Terrace to the front of number 11 Carlin Terrace.
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via Bishopsloch Row, Netherview Avenue and Aryburn Row.
