Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 12 December, 2022, until 17:00 on 19 December, 2022, is to close Granton Place, Aberdeen, between the north boundary of 17 Granton Place to the south boundary of 13 Granton Place. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side on the same stretch of road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. During this time the existing one-way restriction on Granton Place, Aberdeen, shall be suspended.
