Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 11 January, 2023 until 18:00 on 18 January, 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Beaconsfield Place, Aberdeen, between east boundary of 32 Beaconsfield Place to the west boundary of 42 Beaconsfield Place. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during sewer repairs works by Clancy for Scottish Water.
