Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 15 February 2023, until 21:00 on 21 February 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Woodstock Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 14 and 16 Woodstock Road to the boundary between numbers 24 and 26 Woodstock Road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
