Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 09 February 2023, until 17:00 on 23 February 2023, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Hardgate, Aberdeen, from the driveway at the side of number 31 Crathie Terrace to the driveway at the rear of number 135 Gairn Terrace. The existing one-way system on Hardgate, Aberdeen, between Crathie Terrace and the driveway at the side of number 31 Crathie Terrace will be suspended to allow egress from a property. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish and Southern Energy.
