Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 3 April 2023, until 21:00 on 10 April 2023, is to impose a temporary one-way restriction on Tornasheen Gardens, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 35 and 37 Tornasheen Gardens to its junction with Pitfichie Lane. The permitted direction of travel will be north-westbound only. An alternative route is available via Todlaw Walk and Netherview Avenue. There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Tornasheen Gardens, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 23 and 25 Tornasheen Gardens to the boundary between numbers 31 and 35 Tornasheen Gardens. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
