Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 3 April 2023, until 07:00 on 4 April 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Holburn Street, Aberdeen, from its junction with Ruthrieston Road to the car ark access between numbers 632 and 634 Holburn Street. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
