Type Of Event: The alcoholic products for sale will be a small selection of Malt Whisky 70cl bottles for sale as gifts. A limited range of bespoke branded 440ml cans lager and stout and 5cl miniature Whisky will be available. All items are sold in sealed containers. Water and soft drinks are also available. Alcoholic products are available for off sale only.
We will adopt a sensitive approach to displaying alcohol within the Pro-shop. It will not be a self-serve as all stock will be held in fridges only accessible by staff (as highlighted below in green within 600 x 1000 fridges within the existing counter space, as shown on the attached floor plan.)
To give you an idea of the look and feel we have mocked up a display, please see attached photograph.
Customers will need to ask for any alcoholic products at the till point which will remain manned throughout the extent of the opening hours. Stock will be replenished as and when via a nearby fridge located the stock room. For securityand safeguarding purposes, all stock is kept in secure and locked locations.
Two members of the senior Pro Shop team have been trained, and are personal license holders and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and training other team members.
