ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL (B8024 INVERNEILL)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022
On Wednesday 17 August 2022, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on that length of that length of the B8024 Inverneill, from its junction with the A83 near Inverneill.
The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because essential works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road will be effective, when indicated by signs to minimise the potential impact on those affected. Alternative routes will be signed in an appropriate manner.

The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public and will be effective when indicated by signs for the duration of the works.
