The City of Edinburgh Council (Traffic Regulation; Restrictions on Waiting, Loading and Unloading, and Parking Places) (Variation No _) Order 202_ - TRO/22/21

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, to introduce electric vehicle charging places operating 24 hours, 7 days a week, maximum stay 12 hours and a no return period of 4 hours on: Barnton Grv (replacing part of a limited waiting parking place), Craigleith Cres, Craighall Rd, Chalmers St (replacing part of a shared use parking place), Northfield Rd, Oxgangs Vw, Prestonfield Ave, Sciennes (replacing part of a shared use parking place), St Clair Rd & St Clair St. In addition, 24 hour waiting restrictions will be introduced on St Clair Rd & St Clair St. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online from 25/11/22 to 16/12/22 at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders and www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, or at Waverley Court Reception between the hours of 9.30am & 3.30pm Mon to Fri during the sameperiod. Objectors must state their reasons in writing quoting reference TRO/22/21 to Traffic Orders, Place, 3.3 Waverley Court, 4 East Market Street, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG or by email to TRO.Consultations@edinburgh.gov.uk, not later than 16/12/22.
