The City of Edinburgh Council (Traffic Regulation; Restrictions on Waiting, Loading and Unloading, Stopping and Parking Places) (Variation No _) Order 202-    - TRO/21/12

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to introduce various restrictions: 1. 24 hr waiting restrictions on Brunstane Mill Rd, Milton Rd East, Charterhall Grv, Claycot Park, Ladywell Ave, Whitehill Rd, Clark Pl, Dolphin Gdns West, Whitehill St, Maingate Medway, Ferniehill Rd, Drum St, Sir Harry Lauder Rd (A1), Western Harbour Drv, Western Harbour Way, Western Harbour Pl, Lower Granton Rd, Sandpiper Rd, Newhaven Pl & Bankhead Crossway North; 2. Waiting restrictions & daytime loading prohibitions: Mon-Fri 07:30-09:30 & 16:00-18:30 on Gilmerton Dykes St; 3. 24 hr waiting restriction & loading prohibition on Hermand St; & 4. Permit holder bay reduction and extension of a waiting restriction on West Annandale St. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed free or charge, between 9:30 to 15:30 Mon-Fri from 27/01/23 to 17/02/23 at Waverley Court Reception or online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders and www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Objectors must state their reasons in writing, stating reference TRO/21/12 to Traffic Orders, Place, 3.3 Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, or by email to TRO.consultations@edinburgh.gov.uk, not later than 17/02/22. Objections should state the name and address of the objector.
