(TOUGH MUDDER, DRUMLANRIG CASTLE)
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2023
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close the U427n (between Burnhead and Drumlanrig Bridge) and U426n public roads to northbound traffic from 07:00 Saturday 3rd June 2023 to 20:00 Sunday 4th June 2023.
The closure is necessary to manage traffic attending the Tough Mudder event at Drumlanrig Castle. A one-way system will operate for southbound traffic.
The alternative route is via A702, A76(T) and U427n. Pedestrian access will be controlled by event marshals.
