TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD 26.
NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -
Name of Road - C129 Chapeltoun Bridge, Stewarton
Affected Length of Road - From a point 50 metres north of Chapeltoun Bridge to a point 50 metres southeast of Chapeltoun Bridge.
Nature of Restriction - ROAD CLOSURE
Period of Restriction - From 00:01 hours on Tuesday 20th September 2011 until 24:00 hours on Friday 23rd September 2011.
Reason for Restriction - Tree felling and clearance of undergrowth.
Classes of Vehicles Affected - All ( Except for vehicles engaged in the works)
Alternative Route: Diverted traffic should proceed via B769, A735, B778 and Kilwinning Road and vice versa.
