(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022

 

On 8th November 2022 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow contractors to carry out sewer repair works.

 

 

No Waiting at Any Time -

Burns Avenue: from the junction with Glasgow Rd to no. 2 Burns Avenue

Glasgow Road: from no. 72 Beansburn Road to no 4 Glasgow Road

Knockinlaw Road: from the junction with Glasgow road to no. 74 Knockinlaw Road

 

 

The Order commences on Wednesday 23rd November 2022 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 8.00am Wednesday 23rd November with the restrictions remaining in place until 11.00pm on Tuesday 6th December 2022. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
