On 16/2/22 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit all motor vehicles driving and/or parking and/or waiting on both sides of Craigie Place from its junction at St Magdalene’s Road north to the end of the cul-de-sac as detailed in the table below under the exception of cycles or those issued with a permit who are permitted to wait, load and/or unload.

This applies from 25/2/22 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement a School Exclusion Zone to assist with physical distancing and increase safety around Inchview Primary School. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
