On 1/3/23 the full meeting of Perth and Kinross Council approved the introduction of new parking charges throughout the Council Area. Under powers delegated to the Council by the Scottish Government under the “Local Authorities’ Variation of Charges at Off-street and Designated Parking Places (Notice Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1997, the Council are required to give 21 days’ notice of their intention to alter parking charges. Notice is hereby given that from Monday 17 April 2023 the parking charges in the streets and car parks designated in the schedule below will be altered to the new charges as shown in the schedule.
