(HILLEND DRIVE, HAWICK)

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2023

The Scottish Borders Council (Hillend Drive, Hawick) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2023 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 7 February 2023 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of two days between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30 each day. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall (i) drive or cause or permit to be driven; and (ii) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked, along Hillend Drive, Hawick, from number 36 to number 78.

The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Hillend Drive to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
