NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,  the  Road  
Traffic  (Permitted  Parking  Area  and  Special  Parking  Area)  (South Ayrshire Council) 
Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers 
which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water contractors to 
carry out works:-

Name & affected length of road – Vicarton Street, Both Sides: Between Nos.8 & 16 Vicarton Street.

Nature and period of restriction -         Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time

This Notice commences on Monday 5 December 2022 and has a maximum duration of  5  days  or  until  
the  works  are  completed,  whichever  is  sooner.  The  works  are expected  to  commence  from  
8:00am  Monday  5  December  with  the  restrictions remaining until no later than 23:59 hours on 
Friday 9 December 2022 at expiration of this Notice.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but be implemented 
only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
