Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose temporary prohibition of driving on Seafield Roundabout for its entirety. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road for the durations of the works. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. There will also be a prohibition of drive on Anderson Drive from Seafield Roundabout to Kepplestone Roundabout. There will also be a prohibition of driving on Cromwell Road from Seafield Roundabout to Rendezvous Roundabout. There will also be a prohibition of driving on Anderson Drive from Seafield Roundabout to Great Western Road. There will also be a prohibition of driving on Seafield Road from Seafield Roundabout to Springfield Road. These restrictions will be during the hours of 19:00 and 05:00 daily for the durations of the works. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC road maintenance works.
