THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL
(MUGDOCK ROAD, MILNGAVIE)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
On the 2 May 2024 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties and land adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Mugdock Road, Milngavie between its junctions with Ellangowan Court at the roundabout and Sandfield Avenue, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 08.00 hours on Monday, 13 May until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 30 June 2024.
Alternative Route
The alternative routes will be by way of Ellangowan Road, the B8030 Woodburn Way and Station Road, the A81 Strathblane Road, the C56 between the A81 Strathblane Road and Mugdock Road, and these routes will be sign posted.
