Type Of Event: Serving a selection of draught beers and ciders and other alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and pre
packaged snacks from the bar inside the marquee during the Haddington Agricultural show. A site
plan of the show is attached. On sales consumption to be permitted across the entire show site with
a covered picnic area provided to encourage consumption adjacent to the bar area. Waste provision
provided by Hamilton waste with mixed recycling and general waste bins provided across the site
and adjacent to the bar marquee. 45 official event stewards will be in position across the site with
Winton Brewery staff working the bar marquee.
Approximately 4000 people to attend the show during the day.
