TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING

Wright Street, Renfrew

The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles)  to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Paisley in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:

Wright Street, Renfrew from a point in line with the northwest kerbline of the junction of Babcock Crescent to the northeast kerbline of the access junction to Houston’s Bottling Plant

(both sides).

Reason for Restriction:  Creation of shared walking and cycling pathway linking to Glasgow Airport route.

Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. 

Alternative Routes:  N/A.

This notice will be in force from Monday 6^th May 2024 until Saturday 10^th April 2024.

This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
