Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 3 July 2023, until 07:00 on 3 July 2024, is to impose a temporary 30mph speed restriction on the A92 Parkway, Aberdeen, from a point 196m west of the Grandhome Development site access to a point 243 east of the Grandhome Development site access. Also, there will be a prohibition of right turn manoeuvres from the A92 Parkway on to the Grandhome Development site access, and also from the Grandhome Development site access on to the A92 Parkway. Alternative routes are available via Persley and Danestone Roundabouts. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during the movement of site vehicles.
