Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 3 April until 18:00 on 4 April, 2024, is to impose no waiting for any purpose on either side of St. Machar Road, Aberdeen, between the east and west boundaries of 11 St Machar Road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense The restriction is in the interests of public safety to give access during Telecom mast upgrade works.
