Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 29th April, 2024, until 20:00 on 3rd May, 2024, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Ashvale Place, Aberdeen, from the gable end of number 51 Ashvale Place to the boundary between number 62 and 64 Ashvale Place.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ironworks being carried out by Scottish Water.
