(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING)

ORDER 2023

On Friday the 1st of September 2023, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load at any time on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AT ANY TIME

From a point 19 metres or thereby from the                 Southeast                            

extended southwest kerbline of the                                                                                

 U106 Longrow South road, extending in a                                                                       

south westerly direction for 16 metres or thereby.

 Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes.  The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public and will be effective when indicated by signs from 0001 hours on the 18^th of September 2023 until 2359 hours on the 23^rd March 2025
