Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that on 01/08/2014. Dumfries and Galloway Council made An Exemption Order under section 11(1) of the Act.
The effect of the Order is to exempt the following Forestry Commission land in The Galloway & Stewartry Forests contained by the red boundary on the map below from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in respect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the Act.
The purpose(s) for which the Order is made is for a Motor Sport Event.
The Order will take effect from 07.00hrs on the 06/09/2014 and will expire at 20.00hrs on the same day unless revoked earlier.
