Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that on 06/08/2014
Dumfries and Galloway Council made An Exemption Order under section 11(1) of the Act.
The effect of the Order is to exempt the following Forestry Commission land in The Galloway & Stewartry Forests contained by the red boundary on the map below from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in respect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the Act.
The purpose(s) for which the Order is made is for a Motor Sport Event
The Order will take effect from 08.00hrs on Thursday 04/09/2014 and will expire at 18.00hrs on Friday 05/09/14 unless revoked earlier.
