NOTICE 2014
The Dumfries and Galloway Council in exercise of their powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close U48w Spoutwells Road, Stranraer from 26/07/2014 to 10/08/2014.
The road will not be closed for the full two weeks, but works will be carried out over a two day period within the two week window, when weather permits.
The closure will be located at old railway line near Whiteleys Farm.
The temporary closure is necessary for laying of pipeline from Creamery to Portpatrick.
The alternative routes are A716.
Vehicular access will be maintained via the diversion route.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
