On 30/7/14 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (LOWER BROUGHTY FERRY ROAD (DAIRY BRIDGE), DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2014 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Broughty Ferry Rd (known as Lower Broughty Ferry Rd) extending from its junction with Dundee Rd West, Dundee at Dairy Bridge for a distance of approximately 150 metres in a south westerly direction. The Order is operative for 7 weeks from 6/8/14 for structural repair works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Pedestrian thoroughfare and vehicular access to premises will be maintained where possible. Alternative route: Dundee Rd West, Stannergate Bridge, Lower Broughty Ferry Rd, Dundee.
