DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (EMMOCK WOODS GROVE, DUNDEE) (STOPPING-UP) ORDER 2014

 

Notice is hereby given that Dundee City Council propose to make an Order under section 68(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 stopping up the lengths of road, footpaths and footways adjacent to 1 Emmock Woods Grove, Dundee, described in the Schedule hereto.

A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying plan showing the lengths of road, footpaths and footways to be stopped up, together with a statement of the reasons for making the Order will be available for inspection at Dundee City Council Offices, Reception, 20 City Sq, Dundee, free of charge during normal office hours from 1/8/14 to 29/8/14, both dates inclusive.

Any person may within 28 days from 1/8/14 object to the making of the Order by notice in writing to the Head of Democratic and Legal Services, Dundee City Council, 21 City Square, Dundee. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.

AREAS OF ROAD, FOOTPATH AND FOOTWAY TO BE STOPPED-UP

 

That length of road, footpaths and footways formerly part of Emmock Woods Grove, Dundee, lying to the south of 1 Emmock Wood Grove and extending in an easterly direction from 30 William Fitzgerald Way to Emmock Woods Grove and in a southerly direction from 1 Emmock Woods Grove to William Fitzgerald Way, Dundee.
