On 9/4/24 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (PANMURE STREET, BROUGHTY FERRY, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Panmure St from its junction with A930 Monifieth Rd for a distance of 20m or thereby in a northerly direction and closed for its entire length in a southerly direction. The Order is operative for 8 weeks from 16/4/24 for junction improvements, with a maximum duration of 18 months. A930 Monifieth Rd is not affected by these works. Residents access will be maintained at the south leg of Panmure St with controlled vehicular access during specific time periods. Alternative routes: (1) A930 Monifieth Rd, A930 Queen St, Gray St, Camphill Rd, Panmure St and in reverse and (2) A930 Monifieth Rd, Reres Rd, Bughties Rd, Panmure St and in reverse.
