Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather experienced on Wednesday 27^th March and the need for drier conditions to lay the final carriageway surface, a further day is now required for completion. The remaining work is programmed for Tuesday 2^nd April 2024. To undertake this work safely, the High Street will be closed between Quality Street and Market Place between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 with a suitable diversion in place, as per Phase 1. Pedestrian and Emergency vehicle access will always be retained.
