THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (A9 LAURIESTON BYPASS)
(TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) (No.TTRO/1900) ORDER 2024
Falkirk Council has made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) and (4) as read with Section 2(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 5 February 2024.
The effect of this Order shall be to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 30mph on the lengths of road identified in the Schedule to this Order and shall come into force at 06.00 hours on the 19 February 2024 and ceases to have effect at 18.00 hours on the 28 June 2024 or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
The temporary speed restriction is considered necessary to facilitate works being carried out but will only have effect in relation to such part of parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Order.
