Temporary Road Closure - C60H Downan to Drumin, Glenlivet (At Drumin Bridge) - Moray

MORAY COUNCIL (C60H DOWNAN TO DRUMIN, GLENLIVET) (AT DRUMIN BRIDGE) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (C60H Downan to Drumin, Glenlivet (At Drumin Bridge) Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023.

    

2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 21/11/2023 until 27/05/2024 will be to temporarily close the C60H Downan to Drumin, Glenlivet.

    

3. The temporary restriction has been imposed for safety reasons due to weak bridge.

1. A signed diversion route will be available via C60H >> B9008 >> B9136 >> C60H.
