MORAY COUNCIL (C1H DUFFTOWN TO MAGGIEKNOCKATER ROAD) (AT KININVIE FARM) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE EXTENSION (N0. 1) ORDER 2023

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (C1H Dufftown to Maggieknocker road (At Kininvie Farm) Temporary Road Closure) Extension (No. 1) Order 2023.

    

2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 02/01/2024 until 31/03/2024 will be to temporarily close the C1H Dufftown to Maggieknockater road.

    

3. The temporary restriction has been imposed for safety reasons due to landslip which has compromised the carriageway.

1. A signed diversion route will be available via C1H >> B9014 >> B975 >> A941 >> A95 >> C1H.
