Temporary Road Closure - Mannachie Road, Forres - Moray

MORAY COUNCIL (MANNACHIE ROAD, FORRES) (FROM FALCONER AVENUE TO WEST PARK CROFT) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (Mannachie Road, Forres (From Falconer Avenue to West Park Croft) Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024.

    

2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 18/03/2024 until 07/07/2024 will be to temporarily close Mannachie Road, Forres.

    

3. The temporary restriction has been imposed for upgrading and widening the road.

1. A signed diversion route will be available via Mannachie Road >> C14E >> U85E Old Blairs Road >> A940 >> Falconer Avenue >> Mannachie Road.
