NEWTON STREET, BLAIRGOWRIE TREE PRESERVATION ORDER (NO 1) 2024

Perth and Kinross Council as planning authority in terms of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 and Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation Order and Trees in Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 have made the above Order affecting the trees therein specified.

1.The planning authority considers that these trees form good landscape framing for amenity and biodiversity value and may be at threat of removal.

2. Full details may be examined Monday to Friday during normal office hours between 26/04/2024 and 24/05/2024 at: the Main Reception Desk at Pullar House, Kinnoull Street, Perth; AK Bell Library, York Place, Perth; the Perth and Kinross Council website (https://www.pkc.gov.uk/treesandtpos) and the Tell Me Scotland website (www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/notices).

3. Written objections specifying the grounds and particular trees to which the representation is made should be sent to: Strategic Lead of Legal & Governance Services, Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth PH1 5PH by 24/05/2024. The planning authority shall, before deciding whether to confirm the Order, take into consideration any representations made.
