On 9/4/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the B8063 Logiealmond from its junction with the private access leading to the property Ballandee to its junction with the private access leading to the property Laverockbank Farm for 635 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles: B8063 - U42 - C407 Bridgeton Brae - C407 Main Street - A85 (T) - A822. This applies from 22/4/24 for an estimated period of 1 day to permit BT poling works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
