On 9/4/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (ONE) temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of Back Loan, Milnathort between the Victoria Avenue and Wester Loan junctions for 180 metres or thereby; and (TWO) temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads in Milnathort:- (1) Wester Loan from its junction with the A911 New Road to its junction with the private access to the property 17 Wester Loan for 70 metres or thereby; (2) Victoria Avenue from its junction with the private access to the property 10 Victoria Avenue to its junction with the private access to the property 22 Victoria Avenue for 85 metres or thereby; and (3) Old Perth Road from its junction with Victoria Avenue to its junction with the private access to the property 1B Old Perth Road for 55 metres or thereby. Alternative route for vehicles: Wester Loan – A911 New Road – Victoria Avenue. This applies from 22/4/24 for an estimated period of 3 days to permit BT cabling works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
