On 9/4/24 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (A) temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the following roads in Rattray:- (ONE) A926 High Street between the A93 and Hatton Road junctions for 275 metres or thereby; and (TWO) Bonnington Road from its junction with Hatton Road to a point 10 metres west on Bonnington Road for 10 metres or thereby; and (B) restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 20mph on both sides of Hatton Road, Rattray for its entire length. Alternative route for vehicles: A926 - B954 - A94 - A923 – A93. This applies from 25/4/24 for an estimated period of 1 week to permit carriageway resurfacing works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months.
