The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, schedule 24 (1) of The Renfrewshire Council (Paisley Town Centre) Various Restrictions Order 2005 which allows “loading by goods vehicles 4.00pm – midnight Monday – Sunday” will be temporarily suspended in:
Shuttle Street, Paisley.
Reason for Restriction: This is to allow businesses the use of the carriageway and leave footway access for wheelchair users etc.
This notice will be in force from Thursday 24th May 2023 for 18 months. This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
