(D67-5 ELWARTLAW COTTAGES, GREENLAW)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2024
The Scottish Borders Council (D67-5 Elwartlaw Cottages, Greenlaw) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 00:01 on 10 April 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 23:59 on 20 April 2024 - 24 hour closure. The Order is required for BT works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the D67-5 from Castleloan to Elwartlaw Cottages.
The alternative route for south eastbound traffic is via the A697, A6105, C93 and D68/5 to the point of closure, for north westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
