Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 30 November 2022, until 20:00 on 7 December 2022, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on the north side of Westburn Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 210 and 212 Westburn Road to the boundary between numbers 216-218 and 220 Westburn Road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish Water.
