Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 09 January 2023, until 18:00 on 07 April 2023, is to impose the following restrictions:

From 08:00 on 9 January 2023 until 18:00 on 19 February 2023, there will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Greenwell Road, Aberdeen, from Drilltech Group visitor parking access to John Clark Group trade access.

From 08:00 on 9 January 2023 until 18:00 on 19 February 2023, there will be a prohibition of driving on Finnan Brae, Aberdeen, from its junction with Balnagask Road to the car park access at numbers 1-9 Finnan Brae. An alternative route is available via Balnagask Road, St Fitticks Road, Victoria Road, and Baxter Place.

From 08:00 on 9 January 2023 until 18:00 on 19 February 2023, there will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Balnagask Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Farquhar Road and Balnagask Circle.

From 08:00 on 9 January 2023 until 18:00 on 31 March 2023, there will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Balnagask Circle, Aberdeen, from the car park access at numbers 60-82 Balnagask Circle to the car park access at numbers 84-106 Balnagask Circle.

From 08:00 on 9 January 2023 until 18:00 on 7 April 2023, there will be a prohibition of driving on Greenwell Road, Aberdeen, and Greenbank Road, Aberdeen, from a point 6m east of the Greenbank Crescent junction to the Acciona contractor compound access. An alternative route is available via Greenwell Road, Hillview Road, and Greenbank Crescent.

From 08:00 on 11 January 2023 until 18:00 on 19 February 2023, there will be a prohibition of driving on Farquhar Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Farquhar Avenue to the boundary between numbers 160-162 and 164-166 Farquhar Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. An alternative route is available via Balnagask Road and Farquhar Road.

From 08:00 on 7 February 2023 until 18:00 on 19 March 2023, there will be a prohibition of driving on Farquhar Avenue, Aberdeen, from its junction with Farquhar Brae to the car park access at Balnagask Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the same stretch of road. An alternative route is available via Balnagask Road and Farquhar Road.

The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
