Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 until 17:00 Mon-Fri, from 30 January 2023, until 10 February 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on either side of Tollohill Gardens, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 8 and 10 Tollohill Gardens to the boundary between numbers 16 and 18 Tollohill Gardens. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety and to allow large vehicles to access the SSE substation.
