Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order is to impose temporary 10mph, 20mph, 30mph, and 40mph speed restrictions on the A92 Ellon Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with the A92 Parkway and the access road to Tarbothill Farm, and on the B999 Tarves Road between its junctions with Ellon Road and Shielhill Road, from 21:00 on 23 January 2023 until 18:00 on 24 December 2023. The speed restrictions will be implemented as and when required. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during junction construction works for a new development.
