Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 2 March 2023, until 17:00 on 17 March 2023, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on the south side of Broomhill Road Car Park, Aberdeen, for its entire length. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works for Scottish and Southern Energy.
