Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 6 March, 2023, until 18:00 on 10 March, 2023, is to close the north footway of Back Hilton Road Aberdeen, between its junction with Cattofield Place and west boundary of 58-64 Back Hilton Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Back Hilton Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cattofield Place and east boundary of 58-64 Back Hilton Road and on either side of Cattofield Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Back Hilton Road and east boundary of 104- 110 Cattofield Place. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. There will be temporary traffic signals in operation during this restriction.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during upgrade works by Cobra Traffic Management.
