Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 04:00 on 06 March 2023, until 17:00 on 16 April 2023, is to impose an temporary one-way restriction on Victoria Street, Dyce, Aberdeen, between its junction with Pitmedden Road and Riverview Roundabout. The permitted direction of travel will be Northbound only. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC Footway Works.
